Saints of Stilwater: You will not find any of them. Not yet and i'm not sorry for you.
Saints of Steelport: That's where you will find most of your clothes. I think there's actually something like five shops.
Get the shoes and the headset, they are absolutly awesome! (I would fucking love to own one of them!)

You will find useful stuffs like purple clothes. LOTS OF purple clothes.
And you'll also be able to dress like your enemi (perfect for infiltration) or just like a moron thanks to the fancy dress.
